I am so excited to see Tim Burton's adaptation of Alice and Wonderland (he's my favorite director and I own almost every movie he has ever done) and apparently he's also inspiring designer, Tom Binns. Tom Binns is partnering with Disney to create jewelry inspired by characters from Alice and Wonderland. This piece is inspired by the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp's character) and is called the broken tea cup necklace.
These are limited edition pieces that will range from $1000 to $5000. OUCH! That's a pretty penny.
But - Tom Binns is also creating a more affordable priced line that will be sold in NYC boutiques! Hopefully, we'll be able to score the pieces online!
